Shipping & Delivery
All orders over 1 lb. are shipped direct using the United States Postal Service priority shipping.
We recommend refrigerating your toffee upon receipt so the candy will return to proper consistency before serving. Arizona Toffee can be thawed and refrozen any number of times without damaging the product.
Although we do provide shipping outside the USA, the USPS does not insure, nor is tracking available for orders outside the US. We encourage all international customers to select World Express shipping by the USPS to ensure timely delivery.

Your privacy is our pirority. Therefore we keep all of your information secure, and only use reputable transaction processing providers to manage our transactions.
Returns & Replacements
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product or service, just let us know. It is our guarantee that we will make it right.
We understand that not everyone will want to "create an account" or have us keep your personal information on record. To address this we now offer Checkout Without an Account order processing. This makes it so that you will never have to remember any user information or account details. Simply order and go!
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All payments are due at time of purchase. We do accept checks and US money orders. If purchasing by check or moneyorder your products will not be shipped until we have received and processed your order. We do also accept cash, however: it is not recommended to send cash through the mail.
Viewing Orders
If you create an account with you will have access to all of your previous order information. As well you can add multiple addresses, for shipping one order to multiple locations.
